Tuesday, today is my day off from work and it's only lunch as usual.
It's almost winter vacation and I'm getting busy with work.
Christmas, New Year's, and New Year's holidays are not for me.
But that doesn't stop me from drinking, which I love!
Today, I rode my bike to the nearby Kakunoue (it's getting very cold) to get some snacks.
Today's sake was Junmai Ginjo Ginrei from Drunken Whale.
It is a dry sake, as is typical of Drunken Whale, and it washes away the smell of the sashimi and brings out its umami flavor.
It is not fruity, but the light spiciness and acidity make it delicious.
It is delicious. ‼️
