Polishing ratio 60%, 17% alcohol by volume, 100% Gohyakumangoku
A local sake from Kanagawa. It has a moderate aroma. The taste is quite sweet and acidic, which is only possible with fresh sake. It is a little different from the impression I had of this brewery, and I don't mean to be rude, but it is delicious.
