I wanted to try a change of pace from my usual sweet sake, Hamachidori🍶.
The umami slowly spread in the mouth, certainly different from the usual Junmai Daiginjo.
It is a round sake with a long lingering aftertaste, and the umami is very rich!
I drank it at room temperature, but I think it would be delicious lukewarm, I don't dislike it, and I think this level of flavor would be just right during a meal without being too dull 😌.
