Indeed tastes a bit strawberry-like. Would I still have thought that if I didn’t know the yeasty inclusion beforehand? Not sure… either way, it’s fun and flavourful.
Strawb, pear, almond, coconut, ginger, stone. Faintly sweet, dry pretty quickly and gets a little sharp and spicy with some bitterness toward the end.
I could have it a bit smoother, but I suspect it will develop nicely as it sits for a few days. For now it’s quite good with food. A little acidity might be nice too.

Hello sake-run! Long time no see, I don't drink sake very often these days... but I have a good bottle. I had somen today and it was very good with sake! It was hot. Best wishes from Kashu!
