Junmai Daiginjo of Hourai, the main brand of Watanabe Shuzo in Hida Furukawa. It is also unfiltered raw sake. It is made from 100% Yamadanishiki.
It is sold only at the store directly from the brewery. Naturally, we bought it at the brewery.
The aroma is a sweet pineapple type ginjo aroma.
The sweetness and acidity are well matched on the palate.
It has a strong sense of richness, but the light bitterness that lingers in the aftertaste makes it not cloying.
The richness of the inside is truly a galaxy.
