tecoThis is a freshly brewed sake that is only available outside of the prefecture.
The aroma of the rice (Hidahomare) is combined with a fruity scent.
I had it cold, and after a clear sweetness, a slight bitterness appeared, and finally a lingering alcohol taste.
It's not watery, which is something I don't like, and it has a strong flavor (the sake I drank after this was watery...). I will post it next time)
I really wanted to have it with sashimi...
