吉報シモサ
I wanted to drink Hakurakusei that I had at a pub, so I bought it at my usual store. It is sold only at special dealers. I heard that it is recommended as the best sake for food.
I bought a bottle of Junmai Ginjo,
I immediately tried it and found it to have the flavor I had expected. The sweetness is moderate, the aftertaste is sharp, and the bitterness is moderate, making it easy to drink. It tastes a little like wine, but since it is not a fruit juice, there is no astringency.
It can be enjoyed on its own, but I think it is best served with food.
