Wanting to eat something refreshing, I visited the food corner of a supermarket. I picked up a takeout of "Kitakushimenzame sardine nigiri" (vinegared sardine). It looks high in fat, but the vinegar effect of the sardine makes it refreshing.
Patrolling the sake shelf, I found some Ehime sake that I had not yet tasted! It's the height of summer 🥵 but I've seen a cherry blossom patterned cup of sake, Sakura Uzumaki 🌸🎶(*´Itsuki`*)♡Kawaii!
Sakura Uzumaki Tensho one-cup (regular sake), made using traditional methods to bring out the full flavor of the rice.
Well, the taste... it has a pleasant mouthfeel, a soft ripe aroma with a hint of dried fruits like apricots and raisins, a gentle acidity, and a sweet and moderate umami. It seemed to have a robust flavor.
