森康央It's been quite a while since I had Ishizuchi.
I drank the green label before, but it was so long ago that I don't remember the taste at all😔.
This gorgeous label is a Junmai Ginjo made with the flower yeast of the rose variety Princess Michiko🌹.
The only ones that come to mind when I think of flower yeast are Amabuki, Raifuku, and Sekizen, but Ishizuchi had some too😲
When I opened the bottle, the aroma was gorgeous, like a combination of ramune and pineapple😄.
The color of the beer is a light candy color☺️.
Refreshingly crisp ramune along with acidity 😍.
Then a pleasant spiciness appeared momentarily, and finally the sweetness enveloped me☺️.
Maybe a little unique taste 😎.
