The name of the sake was derived from the phrase "sake brewing is romantic" and the character "Ichigo," which denotes the number of the brewing process, which could be read as "Hitoroman.
In addition to the normal three-stage brewing process, glutinous rice is used for the fourth stage of brewing, which is the glutinous rice four-stage brewing process, in all cases.
