Returned home from Toyama and spent the evening reflecting on the trip.
We had Katsuma with Sushi trout from Senichi with a sake cup that I made myself at Nosaku LAB during the trip. The coaster for the sake cup was also bought at Nosaku. It's all about Toyama. ‼️
The sake has a crisp, clean taste that is typical of Aruzei and does not interfere with the food. It also has a moderate ginjo aroma. By the way, this is IMADEYA, not the one I bought on this trip to Toyama...^^;.
The trout sushi at Senichi Masuzushi Honpo is a must-try with its thick trout that sets it apart from other restaurants. The trout sushi is a must buy when you go to Toyama.

I've never been to Toyama Prefecture 🥲 and the food and sake tour is exactly one of the things I want to do now 🤗.
I've been to Toyama and this is one of the things I'd like to do right now 🤗! I'd love to have a chance to try your home made Nosaku Gugumini with Katsukoma and Sushi with Masuzushi 😆.
