The sake rice is 70% polished Hanabukiyuki rice. The yeast used is Mahoroba Mellow.
It is not very floral, but has a strong sweetness that comes in quickly, followed by sourness and bitterness.

The taste is typical of Toyobai.
It leaves a grain flavor in the mouth.
The aftertaste is crisp and not clingy, so you will not get tired of drinking it.
