Ryusei冷やおろし 八反 無濾過純米原酒
はな
The temperature has suddenly dropped and autumn has come.
Speaking of autumn, I think of autumn flavors and chilled grated radish. LOL!
So today, we have Yatan from Ryusei.
I expected it to be quite punchy because of its 18% alcohol content, but it has a nice sharpness and is refreshing.
From the fresh lychee-like aroma, it has a soft, mellow flavor, and after a moment, it is crisp and spicy. I drink it slightly chilled, but as it gradually returns to room temperature, a slight bitterness emerges, making the flavor more three-dimensional and complex. However, the sharpness is good so you will not get tired of drinking it 😁.
It's also perfect with the fatty fall flavors 😊.
