I thought I had a hard name, Takeyoshi, but the reading was chichinpui.
Although I had some misgivings about the mysterious taste, I bought it because of the high trustworthiness of Takeyoshi.
The sweet and sour taste is almost like a white wine.
I like this taste a lot, too.
