Hanamon Daisetsukkei SEIKO ZAKURA
It has a nice aroma typical of Japanese sake.
Immediately after opening the bottle, the sweetness comes first, followed by bitterness, light acidity and astringency. It is sweet, but not too sweet to drink.
When the temperature rises and the bottle is exposed to the air, the sweetness takes a step back and the overall impression becomes rounder.
Banana aroma also appeared in the pairing.
