Mellow sake. The aroma has a hint of sweetness, while the taste is heavy, as is typical of nama-shu, with sweetness, bitterness, and umami! The color is a yellowish light cloudiness and the mouthfeel is thick and mild.
As a postscript, I drank it on the rocks and it was very tasty with a more mellow and crisp taste!
