It's been a while since I went to see a play. It's nice to have a day like this 🎶, so here's some sake to toast the triumphant return of local native Sumitaka Totsuka to the stage: 💁♂️
Let's start with the standing aroma. It has a refreshing yogurt-like aroma. In the mouth, there is a gaseous feeling and a hint of sweetness that reminds me of peaches. Finally, a moderate bitterness spreads.
With chicken dumpling hot pot. The crisp taste of the chicken dumpling soup stock combined with the refreshing sweetness of this sake makes for a good balance and keeps the sake flowing. Delicious 😋.
