I was surprised that I could buy Tobiroki normally and bought it immediately.
I'm not sure if it's because I'm a Corona disaster?
It was a very special thing, so I also opened a bottle of this as a reward 🎉 lol
It has an elegant and sweet ginjo aroma ✳︎.
The mouthfeel is soft.
It has a muscat-like sweetness and a good acidity.
At the same time, the taste is elegant but firm.
It's like the usual Tobiroki with more sweetness.
In the second half, you can feel the bitterness and it finishes with a crisp finish.
Where the hell did all the sweetness go ❔?
and makes you want to drink it again🤣!
It's delicious.
This is a great sake to drink while enjoying the premium feeling of receiving a box of Jun Dai Tobiroki and just enjoying the taste. 💖
