Continuing on, Niigata Prefecture is Abe Sake Brewery.
I love the Hiragana Abe series!
This time it was a Junmai Ginjo.
The label is a cool silver ✨.
The color is a bit muddy and the mouthfeel is refreshing and tasty on its own, but also perfect for a mealtime drink 🍶.
