Jishin, drinking at home. I did it! I bought this when I lived in Fukushima Prefecture. I saw it without warning at a liquor store I used to go to, looked twice, and bought it. I opened it now with the mindset that it's pasteurized, so it should be fine even if it's been a little while. It's a fire-brewed sake, but it's still very tasty and has a nice "sizzle" to it. It runs out in an instant. I wonder why it runs out.
