After drinking almost exclusively beer this week, I'm starting to miss the taste of rice!
Aroma of rice and strong lactic acid type aroma. The gasiness is of course strong. When the gassy feeling weakens, it's like yogurt.
I had heard that it was a noble sake, but it has a strong sweetness that is not unpleasant. The acidity is also quite strong. The umami is also strong.
However, the second half is surprisingly sharp and finishes quickly.
After drinking it for a while, I realized that sake is still delicious! I realized that sake is still delicious. But I also want a beer! If only my sake were stronger....
