Purchased on a business trip to Mie Prefecture.
I was expecting a slightly sweet and juicy sake, but it was a light and dry sake.
Although it is a draft sake, it is very refreshing and can be used as a food sake.
I would like to try this sake if the brewery has a lineup of heat-refined versions.
