タイタイセイセイ
Aomori Tasake
The sake is said to have a sake level of ±0.
Since I bought it without much research, I thought it was a Niigata-style light and dry sake because of the classic label and the special junmai (junmai rice) flavor, but the moment I poured it into the glass, I noticed a fruity aroma. I realized.
When I put it in my mouth, I found a fruity aroma and an umami flavor with a hint of acidity. There is a slight bitterness in the aftertaste.
The fruity grape-like flavor is similar to that of Toyobai (Roku), also from Aomori.
The taste is more modern than I expected and different from what I expected, but it is delicious.
And I am glad that I could buy it at the regular price.
