At "Akagi", Iriya, Ueno The second bottle was Nakakumi Junmai Unfiltered Nama-shu, also from Fukushuku. Yamadanishiki from Hyogo Prefecture is used. The only sake from Chiba Prefecture that I know of is Koshi and Sohno-Kangiku, so we compared and drank the same brand. This one is a little darker than the previous brand. It also has a strong acidity. The slight sweetness is well-balanced and delicious. By the way, although I ordered the eel course this time, the dish in the photo is an "eel burger" (鰻バーガー🍔). It is so small that you can pick it up lightly with your thumb and forefinger, but it is so delicious that it makes you want to shout "Wow! It's also a great match with sake! It was very tasty! 👍
