When I visited Tokushima, I happened to come across a sake festival in Miyoshi City. I had a free tasting at Miyoshikiku's brewery and bought a bottle of my favorite Omachi. Walk on the Wild Side! The brewery is a unique sake brewery with many core fans and distinctive illustrations.
It had a soft aroma of green apples, a wonderful balance of richness and depth typical of Omachi, a light acidity, a moderate lingering bitterness, flavors that pass through the nose, and a wonderful concentration of the best parts of Tokushima yeast and Omachi.
