It was purchased at the Maxvalu Oaza store. Simply because it is a Junmai Daiginjo and the price is about 1100 yen including tax, and it is the first sake of Aomori. Chill it in the refrigerator and drink it. I felt the harmony of the old-fashioned sake taste and fruity. The sweetness of the rice, the deliciousness, and the spiciness later on. (It is said to have a sake content of 0, but you can't tell until you try it. It is about 0 in the mouth.
It's one of the best daiginjo-shu you can drink on a daily basis (in this price range).
Aomori I haven't been to yet, but it made me think about it a little.
