It is the No. 1 sake produced in summer.
First time to brew in wooden vats^_^.
The aroma still smells like pears.
It looks more effervescent than regular Yamadanishiki.
The taste is just as it is in Sansho, with a woody aroma that escapes through the nose. Maybe cedar? LOL!
The freshly harvested fruitiness of sanshoku is really great ^_^!
