べっさんNaruto sea bream bought on a business trip to Tokushima. A set of three single bottles of junmai, junmai ginjo, and junmai daiginjo. I started with the junmai. It is light and refreshing. It is not deep, but easy to drink. I enjoyed it as a food sake. This was the first time for Tokushima Prefecture. Three more prefectures to go.
