I had this at Yamanaka Sake store in Osaka station about a month ago.
We started with Matsuyama Mitsui.
It is very modest at the entrance.
In the mouth, the umami of the rice comes on the tongue a little while the acidity, which is soft and present at the same time, spreads across the tongue on the beautiful mouthfeel. Dry and sharp. So-called "dry" sake.
On this occasion, I had it with "stir-fried chicken, duck and savory vegetables" and it went very well with it. A delicious food sake and a good sake 🍶.
