I've been asked for a dry recommendation recently, and I've been exploring the dry genre lately 🌱
When I was asked for a dry sake recommendation, this was the one I was most attracted to, so I chose this one 💁.
I've had CEL24 before, but I've never had a dry junmai before!
I immediately opened the bottle 🍶It's delicious😊.
The mouthfeel is smooth and easy to drink, but the umami opens up later 🤔The gap between this and CEL24 is amazing!
I realized after I bought it that this is not a Kirin pattern? Personally, I have a strong image of Kurei as a Kirin pattern 💪.
I'm pairing it with oden, and it's really good 😋.
The dry Toyo Bijin I drank last time was quite mildly dry 🍶.
