It has a crisp gassy taste, juicy sweetness like melon, pineapple, and white peach, and the sweetness of the rice expands and spreads from there.
The finish is refreshingly light with a hint of bitterness.
This is my favorite sake using Sake Mirai that I have ever tasted.
