On the Friday of Tanabata, I opened a bottle of Tobiroki to celebrate my birthday and compared it with Izumikawa. It has a fruity and gorgeous ginjo aroma. The mouthfeel is soft and sweet. As it is downed, the acidity quickly reveals itself, leaving a full-bodied, alcoholic finish. On the second day, the alcohol becomes milder and the aroma and mouthfeel are similar to those of Izumikawa.
