Today we have Kisenzan from Chikumanishiki Shuzo in Saku City, Nagano Prefecture❗️ its Junmai Unfiltered Nama Sake, a three year aged sake❗️
The aroma is a fresh sweet aroma of sake❗️As you take a sip, you will feel a tingling on your tongue, followed by the taste of darker junmai nama-shu, and then comes a sharp bitterness❗️Good sake❤️
The tag on the bottle said it would be interesting to drink it warmed up to human skin, so I warmed it up to 40 degrees in the microwave. The aroma was a little weaker than before heating, and the sweetness was stronger and the bitterness was weaker when drinking. ❗️
Both are delicious, but I prefer it as it is because it has a more raw feel to it: ❗️
