Bamboo leaves after a long time
This sake is a collaboration with a group of local university students called N Project. The label design was also thought up by the university student group.
It's refreshing and has a bit of a lactobacillus-type flavor, I think. I like Takeba's "Okunoto," so I guess I am pulled by that image (laughs).
Low alcohol (al 11%), easy to drink!
