I bought this when I visited Ishikawa to support the Noto Peninsula disaster area.
The color is my favorite matured type, brown, but it is not that strong and slightly sweet, which is delicious!
The shopkeeper told me that Noto sake is less filtered with activated charcoal, so the color is brown.
I see what he meant.
I really wanted to drink heated sake, but since we were in a hotel, I only drank it cold.
