Purchased at usual liquor store as last year.
A delicious local sake that tastes great hot.
As the name suggests, it is easy to drink!
The aroma is gorgeous when heated, and although I felt a lot of alcohol from the hot sake, it is easy to drink.
They only sell one bottle, but I'm sure they will run out soon....
It's a great sake for this time of the year, and it's very cost-effective too.
I hope it will become more popular, though I don't want to see it become undrinkable.
Rice polishing ratio: 60% for koji rice, 65% for kake rice
Alcohol 15%.
Color Taste Yellowish.
