I've been drinking Kangiku since last year when I had a sake future at this store.
I drank a lot of Sangiku at home the year before last, but I rarely go to a liquor store that carries it, so I doubt I'll have a chance to drink it again this year 🤔.
Here is Denshogiku which I also drank at home the year before last.
A little gassy. Fruity, juicy, sweet and delicious.
I feel at ease with this kind of taste, it's like home. 🏠️
But I also think that it's important to have a good balance of these 🤔 in the fridge.
