新丸子屋
This sake has become synonymous with the name "Houken" as a dry sake from Hiroshima. It is said to be a junmai sake with just the right amount of acidity and a smooth umami taste, followed by a crisp cut.
Sake rice is Hachitan-Nishiki produced in Hiroshima Prefecture, 60% polishing ratio, and yeast is undisclosed.
It was served well chilled.
It hit the last yama👍.
At the beginning of the drink, the impression is very distinctly dry ✨and then there is sourness ✨.
The tingling dryness is addictive 😆.
As you continue drinking, you can gradually taste the umami of the rice, but the sharpness still has a strong impact ‼️You can drink it with anything as a mid-meal drink!
