ヒラッチョ
The third sake tasting at Koedo-Kura-ri in Kawagoe is Tenranzan.
Tenranzan is one of my favorite sake, but I was curious to know that it was a junmai autumn-aged sake.
I warmed it up from room temperature, and the taste settled down and took over.
It has a nice flavor and nastiness, as expected from Tenranzan👍.
