The aroma is crisp and clean. As the name suggests, it has a clear, mountain-blue color. A sense of maturity and solidity. It has a slight sweetness and a strong alcohol feeling. It is delicious with meals.

This sake has been matured for a long time at room temperature in a storehouse. The original color of the sake is "Yamabuki", because the three-stage brewing process is faithfully followed and active carbon filtration is not used.
