This product was released in advance at the "Craft Sake Week 2024" event hosted by Hidetoshi Nakata, and was officially released as a result of the response. The sake brewery's unique manufacturing method instantly cools the fermenting unrefined sake, creating a novel sake with effervescent properties.
It is a carbonated nigori, and has a refreshing koji sweetness as it looks. It is like an adult Calpis, maybe a little melon-like. It has a nice balance of being neither too rich nor too sweet.
The name "Mikumari" is said to come from "Mikumari no Kami," the god who controls water. It was quite an interesting sake.
