This was one of the three Niigata sake kaku-uchi at NESPAS.
It was delicious, so I bought it.
The aroma is almost imperceptible.
In the mouth, it has the rich yet mellow taste of junmai sake. It is a delicious sake with a slight acidity and sharpness.
