A drink at the end of the year when I went back to my parents' house ๐Ÿถ. I was transferred to a new workplace in July this year, and my boss gave me this sake at that time. Wataya Junmai Daiginjo Omachi I had heard that it was a hard-to-find sake made from a valuable sake rice, so I looked it up and found out that it was a Junmai Daiginjo made from "Akaban Omachi," which was called "phantom sake rice! It has a robust flavor with a touch of the flamboyance of a daiginjo on the nose. The acidity balances the overall taste, making it a delicious food sake that goes well with any meal. Hope to see many more delicious sake with a smile next year. โค๏ธŽ
