I had heard that it was a hard-to-find sake made from a valuable sake rice, so I looked it up and found out that it was a Junmai Daiginjo made from "Akaban Omachi," which was called "phantom sake rice!
It has a robust flavor with a touch of the flamboyance of a daiginjo on the nose.
The acidity balances the overall taste, making it a delicious food sake that goes well with any meal.
