I had bought several bottles toward the end of the year, and after much hesitation, I chose this Musical Instrument Masamune. I don't have the impression that I've drunk that much sake before, but I have a high level of trust in the mysterious Musical Instrument Masamune. Sure enough, it is wonderful. I had an image that it was like a sake made with sake water, but it was completely fresh. It is true that it has a sweetness like a kijoshu, but overall it is fresh and light. It has a pleasant balance.
