Tedorigawa純米大吟醸 生原酒 百万石乃白
さけのり
Long time no see "Tedorigawa".
And this is my favorite seasonal product 😊👍.
I bought and drank this one a year ago at the same store 🤔.
Looking forward to opening the bottle😁.
It's been a while since I've had it but it tastes great 🤟🤟
It's a great tasting beer 😙🤟 from the fine bubbles to just the right amount of umami.
It's a great balanced 😙.
However, this time there was just a slight odor of alcohol. I was curious, so I looked at the records and found that last year it was opened in early May 🤨.
I wonder if after bottling, fermentation progressed and the alcohol smell increased 🤔.
In any case, I guess it is always difficult to make a constant sake. The timing of opening the bottle, the temperature at which it is kept, the temperature at which it is drunk, etc. also have an impact.
I guess the temperature at the time of drinking also has an effect 🍀.
The delicacy of it all is what makes it so fun and interesting.
I think it's a deep world... 😉😉😉😉
