When cold after opening the bottle, the flavor is subdued, sharp and clean, and the taste is closed. If you like it, enjoy it as it is. If you feel it is too young, leave at least half the bottle and keep it in the refrigerator for one week with the cap tightly closed until it clicks. After that, take it out of the refrigerator and wait for the temperature to rise a little before drinking. The original flavor and sweetness of the sake should have opened up and it should be ready to drink. We also recommend heating it up."
