Hohoho.
Slight fizz. Refreshing aroma. Sweet. Slightly bitter. Delicious.
It was a critical hit for me, so much so that I laughed at myself.
Sei Masamune was named after the ancestors' carp that climbed up a waterfall, meaning "vigorous sake" (masamune). The current master brewer started this Carp series a few years ago using the carp motif. It is truly a new take on what was learned from the past. It's a nice idea.
It is within walking distance of Shinshu Nakano Station. The owner of the previous generation cheerfully greeted us. Iwashimizu-san is nearby. Nakano city.

Hello, Mr. Oppo, nice to meet you, good morning.
I see that you visited Marusei Shuzo, the home of Seimasamune. ‼️
I am planning to visit there in the summer too.
I am looking forward to visiting Nagano Prefecture, where there are many good sake breweries: ‼️

Dear Purple Pride.
Thank you for your comment. Please enjoy your visit to Nagano Prefecture, but be careful not to drink too much. It is not limited to Seimasamune, but there are many small sake breweries, so it would be a good idea to call ahead of time.
