I drank Hokkaido sake for the first time.
It was recommended to me at Tamura Sake Shop in Kuji and I bought it.
It is 70% polished rice, but tastes beautiful.
It is dry but not unpleasantly so. Delicious.
I think it goes well with all kinds of food.
