It seems that the sake was named "Tanaka Rokuugo" after the 65% rice polishing ratio that was produced in the rice fields of Yamada Nishiki. It is a raw sake with a slight effervescence, but almost no acidity. However, the mild sweetness and slight effervescence are well balanced. The top aroma is that of melon, and the gentle sweetness is that of wax gourd. The slightly cloudy ogara-mi and the thin, small, but clear legs.
