Junmai sake with a rice polishing ratio of 70
Upon investigation, the sake is named "Furyin Bisan," a play on "Furyin Kozan," which is typical of the country of Kai. It is a refreshing junmai sake brewed in Hakushu, a famous water village, with water from the underground streams of Mt.
The aroma in the glass has a slight ginjo aroma. The first impression after drinking is that it has sweetness, umami, bitterness, and acidity, but overall it is refreshing and clean. The taste is exquisite and well-balanced, with none of the flavors being overly assertive.
This taste for a junmai sake...too good to be true!
My favorite level (self-assessment)
★★★★★★★☆☆☆☆
